Wedding Guest Book Quilt

This is my newest creation. I learned all sorts of new things from this one. I have never quilted before, but it was time to put this baby together. I learned quilting techniques I never thought I could do, how to miter corners, how to sew in different directions, and just how a quilt goes together. I have a lot of respect for quilters now. We had squares that were already cut out at our wedding for our guests to sign. That’s what made this quilt. And now, all of our well wishes are hanging on our wall, rather than in some book shoved away. I’m pretty proud of this one.
